Returns

We want you to be happy with your order, however you can of course return an item within 14 days from receipt. Items have to be returned in their original packing where relevant. If the order arrives damaged then please take a photograph and email it to us on the day it arrives.

NOTE: Returns are your responsibility for arrival ( we recommend that you use a registered method for proof of dispatch ) and if they arrive damaged back to us. Return delivery costs cannot be refunded. 

NOTE: Bed Linen and Bespoke items have different terms, please see below. 

BED LINEN & BEDDING

Extra to the information above - Bed Linen and Bedding cannot be returned if taken out of its' protective plastic wallets for hygiene reasons.

BESPOKE SERVICES 

Extra to the information above - All Bespoke items have been made especially for you so unless not fit for purpose they can not be returned. Returned item charges are not refundable.
